By signing the contract, the client consents to the use of the conveyed personally identifiable information by Geo5 for the purpose of fulfilling the required service as well as to the storage and retention period set by federal law. The client also agrees that selected personal data may be passed on to authorized subcontractors to guarantee the service is appropriately executed. This transfer of information to a subcontractor will be exclusively performed with prior consent of the client.
